The November 2018 Events Calendar is now available.
The Friends of the North University Library is a 100% volunteer organization that supports our local library.
The Friends help pay for programming at the library by selling books through the bookstore near the entrance of the library. The Friends are looking for some additional volunteers to work in the bookstore for a few hours a week.
If you are interested in volunteering in the bookstore please stop by the bookstore and let the Friends member who is working there know that you’d like to volunteer! We can accommodate a variety of schedules and most volunteers only work a few hours a week. Since book sales are the main way in which we help support the library financially, your help at the bookstore provides a direct benefit to our local community and helps support the wonderful programming that our library puts on for the North University City community.
We appreciate your support for our local library!

The Friends of the North UC Library Bookstore will be looking for volunteers for Saturday and Sunday Afternoons starting in November. Please contact Naomi at firstname.lastname@example.org or 858-349-8955.
The Friends of the NUC Library bookstore continues to accept donations of books to sell in our store. Revenue from these sales goes directly to support this library’s programs and purchases. Donations can be brought directly into the bookstore. If your donation is too large for you to transport, call Ed Threat at 858-220-3312 and arrangements will be made for pickup.
